Alexandra Shipp

Our new Ororo Monroe - Alexandra Shipp - was born and raised in Arizona. From a young age, Shipp attended a Catholic school, where she discovered her love for the big stage. Her first roles were in biblical productions, which traditionally came out for Christmas. After getting a driver's license, 17-year-old Alexandra dropped everything and went to Hollywood. Without hesitation, she agreed to a role in the comedy "Alvin and the Chipmunks-2", which, however, did not make her a star. Shipp then landed a role in the Nickelodeon TV series Abode of Anubis, where she first faced bullying from fans. The audience disliked her character so much that they began to shower the actress with angry messages on social networks. Fortunately, the black stripe did not last long - in 2015, Alexandra appeared in the film "Voice of the Streets", where she played the wife of Ice Kba. The film received an Oscar nomination, and Shipp received the long-awaited recognition and fame. Already in the status of an aspiring star, Alexandra played in the X-Men restart. The talented actress managed not to get lost among such giants as James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender and Jennifer Lawrence.
